B1gMail not receiving.

Hi. (sorry I don't know German)

I have installed the trial of B1gMail but I am unable to receive mail. I have no problem sending but cant receive.

I have checked my settings and can not see if I have done anything wrong but I don't think I have.

Here are the settings on my admin page:

Receiving method: POP3 gateway
POP3 server: mail.modfreaks.co.uk
POP3 port: 110
POP3 user: *@modfreaks.co.uk
POP3 password: ●●●●●●●●●
E-mails per fetch process: 50

Hi,

are you using cPanel, Plesk or a smilar control panel?
Did you set up a catch all account in your web hosting control panel?
Are there any errors or warnings at Tools -> Logs in the ACP?
 
Problem solved!

I set up my email address but did not set up the catch all to point there
