Hallo, I do not speak german, I do not even know if this is the right place to post this message but I'm interested in purchasing a copy of B1gmail an I have a few questions:

1. Is there any support for internationalisation/localisation for different languages, english, french, spanish?

2. Can the appeareance be modified, does it have a template system?

3. I do not mind if code is encrypted, however, is there any option to modify, mostly to integrate into a custom users db?

As far as I understand, installation is quite straightforward, however, are there any english language manuals?

You can translate b1gmail using language files. It includes an english language file.

Yes, bases on Smarty (http://smarty.php.net)

The code isn't encrypted in the full version. You can modify anything.

Unfortunately not at the moment. But you can switch the language of the installation wizard to english.

Thanks for your help patrick. I think I'll be ordering later today or tomorrow, just one final question, is tech support included, will I have the right to upgrade/bug fixes,etc, what if I have install issues????

Technical support included, yes (for at least 1 year). You get new major releases 1 year long for free, minor releases are free life-time.
